During the online sessions that YOU are responsible for your own wellbeing.
Instructions for joining: 1.Be in front of your computer/smartphone in a clear space ready for the session. with a yoga mat or rug. 2. Open the email I sent inviting you to the zoom session and click on the link. 3. The video session will open in a new window on a computer/laptop or in the app on a smartphone automatically. 4. When prompted selected “Call via device/computer audio” (if you do not then you may not be able to hear me) 5,Enjoy and please provide feedback to me in the coming days.
